Uses:
Diffusion-  Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. The amount does differ depending on the size of the tank.

Topical use- Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity in a 1:4 ratio. Apply one to two drops to the desired area. A single drop can also be added to a lava bead on a bracelet or necklace. It'll naturally diffuse throughout the day.
