A fresh minty smell; sweeter and not quite as harsh as peppermint.

100% Natural Essential Oil

Uses:
Diffusion - Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. The amount does differ depending on the size of the tank.

Topical use - Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity in a 1:4 ratio. Apply one to two drops to the desired area. A single drop can also be added to a lava bead on a bracelet or necklace. It'll naturally diffuse throughout the day.

Safety:

• Do not use Essential Oils undiluted on your skin.
• Play it safe, essential oils should not be taken internally.
